At WP SEO Digital, we take pride in delivering high-quality SEO and digital marketing services tailored to your specific business needs. As our services involve time, strategy, and digital delivery, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency for all clients.
- General Policy
All services offered by WP SEO Digital are non-refundable once work has commenced. Due to the nature of digital servicesâespecially those involving custom strategies and laborârefunds cannot be issued for time already spent, completed deliverables, or digital access provided.
- One-Time Services (e.g., SEO Audits, Speed Optimization)
Payment is required upfront before we begin work.
Once we deliver the service or provide access to digital materials, no refunds will be issued unless:
⢠The service was not delivered as described.
⢠There was a billing error or duplicate payment.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Monthly SEO Plans / Ongoing Services
You may cancel your subscription or monthly plan at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
⢠If canceled mid-cycle, the service will continue until the end of the billing period, but no partial refunds will be given.
⢠For prepaid multi-month plans, refunds will be considered on a pro-rated basis, minus any completed work and a 15% processing fee, if applicable.
- Digital Products (if applicable)
If your site offers downloadable resources (e.g., templates, guides, checklists):
⢠All digital product sales are final.
⢠No refunds will be issued once the product is downloaded or accessed.
- Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the event of:
⢠Duplicate charges
⢠Technical issues preventing service delivery (confirmed on our end)
⢠A clear failure on our part to meet agreed-upon deliverables (as outlined in your proposal or contract)
- How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@wpseodigital.com with the following:
⢠Your full name and contact details
⢠Order or invoice number
⢠Reason for the refund request
All refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days.
- Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates our Terms of Service. If youâre dissatisfied, please reach out â weâre here to help. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from our services.
